We decided - 2 years ago - to build and thereafter manage a holiday appartment house as an extention to our corporate activity. We have purchased a large territory in the holiday resort of Balatonszárszó which we believe has all the features needed for a great holiday house. Following the building work Anker villa opened its doors in the beginning of the Summer in 2010. We are looking forward to welcoming our guests in this brand new house which provides comfortable accomodation in a beautiful, relaxing environment.
The appartments were design with families with children in mind and we are aiming to provide them everything to a relaxing holiday.
Our guests find themselves in the large common lobby when entering into Anker villa. All appartments open from the lobby.
Most of our apartments have a living room with sleeping possibility and a separate bedroom. The apartments on the ground floor have access to the garden, the ones upstairs have balconies. All apartments have its own bathroom (with shower), and fully equipped kitchen area with fridge.
Anker villa does not provide catering, the kitchens are well equipped to offer a great solution for self catering.
Anker villa siting to each of the 4 geographic directions. The large green garden (8000 m2 ) is surrounding the house from three sides. The garden offers something to everyone. There are plenty of shades for the ones who find direct sun too strong, but also sunny areas for sunbathing. It is a great place for playing or even for a barbeque.
The villa is perfectly positioned for the enjoying Lake Balaton, the shore is only 150m away, although the panoramic view is distracted by the large trees in our garden. There is a free beach within 500m from the our holiday house where visitors can find buffets and restaurants as well
Anker villa is located on the border of Balatonszárszó and Balatonföldvár. There are shops, post office and train station in the center of both towns, in appr. 1500m from the holiday house.

By car:
From Budapest - Take Motorway M1 and exit at Balatonszárszó - after crossing Route 7 - keep straight till the end of Orgona street, then turn right to Kültelek Street and keep on driving till Tábor Street, where the the first building on the right hand side is Anker villa.
